Prosafe SE: Q4 2012 results and webcast on 8 February 2013

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the fourth quarter of 2012 and the
preliminary results for the year 2012 will be published on 8 February 2013 at
approx. 8:30 a.m. CET. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, Chief Executive Officer and Sven
Børre Larsen, Chief Financial Officer will the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a
presentation of the result at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at
 www.prosafe.com. It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail
during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
1 February 2013. You will find a link to the web cast on the main page of
Prosafe's website.
