Prosafe SE: Q4 2011 results and webcast on 1 March 2012

Prosafe  SE informs  that the  results for  the fourth  quarter of  2011 and the
preliminary  results  for  the  year  2011 will  be published on 1 March 2012 at
approx.  8:30 a.m. CET. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt,  Chief Executive Officer and Sven
Børre Larsen, Chief Financial Officer will the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a
presentation of the result at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The    presentation    can    be    followed   live   via   web   streaming   at
