/EINPresswire.com/ Summer training programs, NYCinMA (Framingham, MA) and NYCinLI (Long Beach, NY) are holding auditions on March 23rd-24th in NYC and Boston. These programs bring the same industry professionals who cast and train Broadway actors to students of all ages.

Auditions for NYCinMA & NYCinLI, 6 week musical theater summer intensive programs, are coming up on March 23rd & 24th. The highly selective programs bring NYC casting directors, agents, producers, broadway actors, choreographers and other top NYC theater professionals to train the 22 participants of each program. A few names from the exhaustive list of guests include

Jamibeth Margolis (cast "Les Mis" bwy, "Cats" bwy), Kristy Cates (Elphaba "Wicked"), Carrie Greer ("Sister Act", OBC) and Brooke Robyn Dairman (Choreographed Nat. Tour "All Shook Up", Dance Captain Nat. Tour "The Grinch..."). Participants from last year's NYCinMA program booked professional film, tv and theater jobs, and signed with managers/agents in NYC.

This incredible opportunity is available to those 12-adult, as this is NOT a summer camp. NYCinMA & NYCinLI auditions (by appointment only) are being held in NYC on March 23rd and Framingham, MA on March 24th. NYCinMA will be held in close proximity to the Natick Collection in Framingham, MA. NYCinLI will be held in the beach resort community of Long Beach, NY. Optional housing is available for out of town participants. More information is available at NYCinMA.com and NYCinLI.com

NYCinMA offers training programs for students of ALL ages who are looking to pursue a professional career in Musical Theater.

Whether students are preparing for college auditions, heading into high school, or if they're done with school and ready for the next step, this program will help give students the training and connections necessary for a career in musical theatre.

These workshops and summer program are NOT camp. Students are trained by professionals who are casting, teaching, working, directing, composing, producing, choreographing and performing in NYC for or on Broadway shows. The standards of training are based on what professional performers would benefit from. Although the program is designed for "pre professional" students, the training offered is the same as what is offered to professional musical theater performers in NYC.

Mission Statement
NYCinMA strives to provide the highest quality training to prepare students for a career in professional musical theatre.

Objective
NYCinMA aims to nurture and guide students to realize their full potential by providing the tools and training necessary to maintain emotional, physical and vocal health. The hiring of teachers and the structure of the program is constantly evaluated to ensure that the program emulates current trends in the professional musical theatre business.
