Berlin, October 07, 2009: The procurement experts of the ZLU Consulting und Management GmbH & Co.KG start the greatest study based on sample size, scope and global focus with immediate effect on procurement in the 21st century. The global focus of this study is underpinned by the collaboration with ICC Deutschland e.V. (the German branch of the International Chamber of Commerce), the most important German Chambers of Commerce Abroad around the world, the German Association of Wholesaling, Foreign Trade and Services, the Austrian Association of Material Supply, Procurement and Logistics and the GSBA Zurich (member of an academic alliance of six well-known universities on all 5 continents).

The objective of this study is the investigation of global trends in procurement
