Phase 3 includes 200 acres of entire mountain top estate lots with spectacular one-of-a-kind western facing, sunset views of the Caribbean Sea. The total development of Cave Village is 1078 acres on the "soothingly slower" south coast of the Caribbean paradise of Jamaica. The development features pristine 5

acre residential building lots, many overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Phase 3, is 200 acres which will be under development in late 2008 and lots are retailing for $60,000 per acre with a minimum of (5) acres or $300,000 per lot.
