Melbourne-headquartered Probiotec manufactures, markets and distributes prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines, sports nutrition products and specialty ingredients including the Celebrity Slim, Gold Cross, David Craig, Redbak and Black Widow brands.

Probiotec’s expansion strategies for its Australia-wide distribution network and retail customer base required the support of a sophisticated, but easy to use, automated CRM and sales order functionality, integrated with 4Solutions’ B2B e-commerce solution, HSN (Health Supply Network), for streamlined order processing. The

national sales team will leverage the StayinFront EdgeCG out of the box functionality on iPad touch devices.
