Privé Aventura Condominium Breaks Ground Summer 2014

2014-03-06 21:32:42 - Amity Realty reports on an upcoming eight-acre project uniquely located on the last private island in South Florida.

The Privé Aventura Condominium will sit on eight-acres at the center of the city of Aventura, about 13 miles north of Downtown Miami, on the last private island in South Florida. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2016, with units starting at $1.8 million.
The development is a joint-venture between developers BH3, led by principals: Gregory Freedman, Charles Phelan and Daniel Lebensohn; alongside Gary Cohen, the developer of Island Estates, a 21-mansion community revered as one of “Aventura's Founding Families
The private island is accessible through the gated enclaves of Williams Island and Island Estates. The project's design features two mirror-image 16-story buildings, with 80 units per tower, for a total of 160 graciously appointed residences offering astonishing views of

both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
Amenities on the luxury property include a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa, two pools, a private beach, tennis court, a jogging trail, as well as wine and cigar rooms, and social and business rooms.
Priv™s interior design is being crafted by Steven G., one of the most celebrated, innovative and experienced interior design companies in Florida. Local “starchitect” Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, well-known for designing and developing luxury high-rise properties in South Florida, is responsible for Prive's architectural design.
Unit sizes will range from 2,585 sq. ft. to more than 9,000 sq. ft. Prices will range from $1.8 million to more than $10 million for penthouses.
The deposit structure for Privé is as follows:
• A flat rate at reservation according to unit size: $125,000 for two-bedroom units, $150,000 for three and four bedroom units, and $250,000 for the penthouses.
• 30 % due at contract including the reservation fee
• 10 % due at foundation complete
• 10 % due at topping off
• 50 % balance due at closing.
The South tower is already 75 percent reserved.
