Euroshareholders Selects Labaton Sucharow LLP As U.S. Legal Advisor

Labaton Sucharow LLP is pleased to announce that on December 3, 2008, the firm was officially appointed to be the U.S. legal advisor to Euroshareholders. Partner Eric Belfi will be principally responsible for the relationship according to Jean-Pierre Paelinck, the Secretary General for Euroshareholders, the organization is "pleased to have Mr. Eric Belfi as its United States legal advisor." Mr. Belfi will actively assist Euroshareholders with securities monitoring and oversight and recommend courses of legal action when its members have been victims of securities fraud or wrongful corporate action.
