A young agency gains momentum and adds value for its clients



2008-11-17 11:28:05 - After winning the pitch to provide advertising and marketing services to the Nissan local dealer account in 2007, Nissan has now extended the contract for 2009. Nova Versa will continue the successful activities for local marketing initiatives for Nissan Dutch market.

Nova Versa earned this extension by providing an effective focus group called 'Drive'.
Drive is a team dedicated to providing a system for the development, creation and administration of media spending of dealer network. ‘Drive' connects importers, dealers and the media agency to provide a measurable, effective and controllable communications stream. The implementation of this team resulted in an increase in the effectiveness and a measurable, consistent media effort for Nissan.

The big advantage of having ‘Drive' is a clear indicator of cost, supervised investments, one financial stream and the synergy between national and local communications activities.

In 2007 Nova Versa took over the advertising agency Normad & Blend, the agency was re-launched providing more added value services such as narrowcasting, expertise in design, strategy, technology, and visual communications. Nova Versa kept in place the 'Drive' concept, which has been providing a specialised automotive communication service to a dealer-network for over 6 years.

Nova Versa has a strong intrinsic belief in new media and therefore has a collaboration with channel solutions companies to provide extra services such as narrowcasting and platform solutions in order to reach a broader market.

The use narrowcasting in the Netherlands is vastly lower in comparison to the US and the UK market.
It is by most advertisers not considered as a contribution to the marketing mix. Worldwide it is proven that narrowcasting is indeed very effective and is been used as a follow up medium for broadcast and the internet.

‘Narrowcasting will soon be an essential medium in the media mix to produce effective campaigns', according to Ilona Klevansky, Managing Director of Nova Versa.

With the emphasis on cross media, Nova Versa is now developing a focus on the interactive medium of ‘narrowcasting'. Stay tuned, as Nova Versa will be launching Europe's largest narrowcasting initiative in Q1, 2009.
