Rand Logistics to Announce Second Quarter Fiscal 2009 Financial Results on November 13, 2008

- Rand Logistics Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOG; RLOGW; RLOGU) ("Rand"), will issue financial results for its fiscal 2009 second quarter ended September 30, 2008, on Thursday, November 13, 2008, before the market opens.

Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
