TranslateMedia continues to impress British Standards auditors

2008-11-06 18:08:34 - TranslateMedia has successfully retained its BSEN 15038 : 2006 certification after a second consecutive audit from Bureau Veritas in the UK.
EN15038 is the first quality standard specific to the Provision of Translation Services that is recognised around the world. It is now firmly established as the implemented standard for providing assurance of a company's ability to meet translation quality requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

To retain EN15038 certification, TranslateMedia needed to demonstrate that its internal procedures meet customer expectations and underwent service quality procedures that can be monitored and managed effectively. The independent auditors approved TranslateMedia's service noting 0 major and 0 minor faults.


TranslateMedia strives for continuous improvement to its proprietary workflow systems, processes and services. For quality control purposes, all projects are monitored by the company's proprietary database and workflow system, achieving targets to guarantee timely completion.
TranslateMedia actively seeks and analyses post-project feedback in order to confirm levels of customer satisfaction and continually raise its quality standards.
TranslateMedia was first audited for EN15038 in 2007, and is one of only a handful of agencies in the World to have been independently audited and awarded the standard.
