Some of the most common issues that we deal with are the undelivered outgoing fax confirmations and missing fax logs. Below are the options on how to investigate and resolve these issues:

Issue: No Email Confirmations
1. Login to your control panel using your username and password.
2. Click Email Set Up.
3. If the outgoing confirmation field is empty, set an email address for your notifications. If it has a value, please confirm the validity of the email address.
4. Try to send a test fax. Click the Messages tab.
5. Click the Send Link.
6. Type in the required details.
7. Hit the Send key.

Note: To verify that your provided details are all correct, you must receive a prompt stating that your fax is already on queued for sending.

8. In a few moments, you must already receive delivery confirmations on your set email address for outgoing faxes.

Note: Our system does not send email confirmations for faxes sent thru email, via printer driver or thru the fax blast option. However, you may check your fax logs display to verify successful transmissions. If an outgoing fax is not on the record, it is a failure.

Issue: No Fax Logs

Fax logs will only be updated if the transmission was successful. Please make sure that you have successfully submitted the faxes. We have online help pages on our website to guide you with the step by step procedures on how to send and receive faxes in different ways.

However, if you think that you have correctly followed every instruction in sending and receiving faxes, if you are an old user and fax logs display has never been updated ever since you have used the service or if it has been updated before but had stopped updating, please contact us thru email, live chat or phone supports to reconfigure your account.
