In the late 80s Rose worked in a computer Consumables organization for over 5 years, within one year of starting she advanced to senior sales managing one of the companies' outlets in Yorkshire becoming one of the yuppie trend setters of the 80s.

Upon the early 90s recession Rose decided to create her own destiny opening her own computer consumables business, starting the company from her spare bedroom with a few thousand in the bank and now real knowledge of business. Throughout the years she was extremely articulate in research & development in every aspect of the business, the divisions she developed internally were, commodity purchasing, supplies chain management, accounting, sales, marketing, customer support and internet back office systems integrating eBusiness.

Early 2000s Rose had researched ecommerce although at that time the main development in the eCommerce software application market was B2C she had the idea to create a B2B eProcurement internet system which would allow her company's corporate clients and government organisation to purchase online also allowing the company to obtain new clients through search engine results. She understood the industry needed a method to streamline the search of multiple part codes to order lists of products, eCommerce search technology would be a great solution due to clients continuously being bombarded with products to purchase although not understanding one wrong digit meant the purchase of the wrong product. Early 2000s internet connectivity was costly, as soon as the internet IP providers rolled out free internet connectivity Rose knew she had invested wisely.

Upon her research for a web site developer Rose came across an internet company in India who were looking to work with a distribution company, they wanted to create a 3rd generation eCommerce system, within 18 months this was planned, developed, & tested Rose was 100% instrumental in the process, she also got the system at a steal providing her company with a great leverage on competition although being a small fish in a large pond her company was to emerge as one of the minority successful eCommerce operations created at the beginning of the dot come era.

Witin 10 years Rose managed to retain 100% shares in her company. Achieved finalist for IOD centenary Business woman of the year. Achieving nearly 2 million turnovers in her business, working from her personal owned free hold commercial premises in Leeds.

After 13 trading years the computer supplies company was put up for sale in
2006 she personally undertook the sale achieving 3 firm offers. She sold the company in February 2007.

Rose now owns various companies which involve eConsultancy, Software, and properties ranging from commercial, Country and Caribbean. She has recently launched Ebnus eCommerce solutions which she co developed with her original Internet Solution Providers.
