Ulmer & Berne's Employee Benefits Group Grows with the Addition of Two Attorneys and One Paralegal

- Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the additions of Ronald C. Stansbury to its partnership, Corine R. Corpora as counsel, and Ranelle S. Gerry as a paralegal in the Firm's Employee Benefits Group.

"Our Employee Benefits Group has seen a significant increase in the amount of work coming through our doors," stated Kip Reader, the Firm's Managing Partner. "We are pleased to be adding two highly skilled attorneys and a paralegal to this practice group."

Representing public and private companies as well as individual executives, Mr. Stansbury's practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation law. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions assisting companies, senior management and compensation committees through the process of a merger. Mr. Stansbury previously served as an adjunct professor of law at Case Western Reserve University and received his J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Stansbury was a partner with Roetzel & Andress.

Ms. Corpora is well versed in developing and implementing qualified retirement plans, assisting clients in the development of plans that include such items as compliance testing, reporting and disclosure, recordkeeping and taxation. She also ensures clients are in compliance with laws relative to the IRS, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA. Ms. Corpora received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Ms. Corpora was an attorney with Roetzel & Andress.
