Steven W. Irmscher will succeed Mr. Adams as president and chief executive officer, and Jeffrey L. Christmann

has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer. This event is the result of a comprehensive succession plan, carefully engineered to ensure that ADAMS' 23-year legacy will not merely continue, rather, it will thrive in the years to follow.
