Fitch Withdraws Ratings on Perry Funding Corporation

- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'F1+' rating for Perry Funding Corporation, the asset-backed commercial paper program sponsored by Bank of America, National Association. The action follows the termination of the program. All outstanding notes have been repaid.
