SUEZ Energy Resources Announces New Keynote Speaker to Present at ERCOT Energy Summit in Dallas

As host of the summit, SUEZ Energy Resources NA, the retail energy business of SUEZ Energy North America, is providing its

customers and prospects the unique opportunity to exchange ideas with leading industry experts and discuss topics that are at the forefront of the Texas energy market.

Dr. Lienhard joins SUEZ's lineup of energy expert speakers to address the role that risk management plays in business decision making, particularly in relation to energy decisions. He is the host of NPR's The Engines of Our Ingenuity and has authored a book by the same name, where he discusses the historical relationship between technology development and culture. Lienhard is also The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Professor Emeritus in Mechanical Engineering and History at the University of Houston.

In addition to Lienhard, the one-day complimentary summit will feature a variety of industry experts speaking on topics ranging from ERCOT's transition from a Zonal to a Nodal market, to Demand Response services and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Program. Speakers include:

-- Andrew Weissman, Senior Energy Advisor with FTI-Washington, D.C., will present on today's Energy Market Outlook, reviewing political, social and climate changes that are driving energy prices, oil and natural gas;

-- Khai Le, Vice President with PCI, will focus on ERCOT's transition to a Nodal market, including the objectives and potential impact of this transition;

-- Paul Wattles, Supervisor of Demand Response for ERCOT, will address Demand Response initiatives including the benefits of enrolling in the EILS and LAAR Programs;

-- Tim Murray, LEED AP, Chair, U.S. Green Building Council, will talk about what the LEED Program is and why customers should take note of it; and

-- Orrin Cook, Senior Analyst with Center for Resource Solutions, will educate attendees on Green Partnership & Labeling, including the benefits of Green-e.
