BusinessWeek surveyed career services directors at U.S. colleges nationwide at length to narrow down the list of entry-level employers. Each finalist had to complete a survey that covers a number of entry-level-related topics including internships, recruiting, pay, benefits, training, and paid time off. In addition, BusinessWeek obtained the results of a 2008 survey by Universum Communications in which 44,000 U.S. undergraduates were asked to identify the five most desirable employers. The company ranked #59 of the top 100 United States' entry-level employers.
