ISELIN, N.J. - SJP Properties has announced it will seek LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the Metropark Corporate Center, a 300,000 square foot, 10-story Class-A office tower to be built adjacent to the Metropark Train Station. The state-of-the-art, 'build to suit' development, which includes a five-level parking garage, reflects the state's growth plan of concentrating development along major transit hubs.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
