"We are expanding Stoke India to manage customer engagements in the region and to handle growing interoperability test requirements. Dave's leadership and experience building complex, carrier-class systems, together with his exceptional track record of building world class engineering and test teams, ensures that our products and solutions will keep ahead of market demand."

Prior to joining Stoke, Arnold was vice president of engineering at CloudShield, a company developing a platform serving DPI, security and service control markets. At CloudShield, Arnold was accountable for engineering, quality assurance, customer service, professional services and IT for DPI systems. Before CloudShield, Arnold served as the executive vice president of engineering and operations at Calient Networks, a photonic cross connects systems vendor in telecommunications. There, Arnold oversaw all engineering and operations functions. Arnold holds a bachelor of arts in computer science, with a minor in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

"The Stoke Session Exchange is an important and exciting departure from legacy telecom infrastructure systems, offering a clear technology advantage and support for a wide range of 3G and 4G network applications," said Arnold. "Stoke enables telecom operators to meet rigorous scalability and performance requirements while keeping costs low, a key requirement particularly in emerging markets (like India).
