Mercury Multimedia Sweeps Industry Accolades With Customer Marketing Videos

Mercury took home several awards, a Summit International Award and a Hermes Creative Award, for their work on a documentary that showcased the

innovation and achievements of SRI International, a Silicon Valley non-profit research company. Capturing the essence of SRI and its many innovations over the last 60 years, Mercury created a dynamic visual showcase of SRI's global impact in numerous industries, including technology, healthcare and science.

For its own promotional demo reel, "Let Mercury Be Your Messenger," Mercury won both a Telly Award and Hermes Creative Award. Created for attracting new business in the St. Louis and Bay Area markets, Mercury highlighted a variety of the company's film, video and television content including national commercial spots, videos produced for Comcast Atlanta, a Spencer Day music video and cinemattractions, the company's nationally syndicated movie reviews show. Woven with Mercury's strategic messaging, this dynamic reel demonstrated the expertise of Mercury team members in film production, cinematography, visual effects, animation and strategic communications.

After seeing Mercury's reel, McGowan Crain, a St. Louis-based advertising and marketing agency, hired Mercury's production team to create a new video demo for their agency to use as part of a new business pitch. With McGowan Crain's creative direction and Mercury's execution of a compelling visual thread, the "McGowan Crain Experience" demo was recently recognized with a Videographer Award.

"We came to Mercury with several concepts on how to use video to define our breadth of work, and they brought our ideas to life on the big screen," said Ben Crain, Principal at McGowan Crain. "We have been able to leverage this demo in several capacities and were able to secure several new business projects as a direct result."
