iMergent to Hold Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Year End Financial Results Conference Call on September 4, 2008

(AMEX:IIG) announced it will hold its fiscal fourth quarter and year end 2008 financial results conference call on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time or 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Donald Danks, chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, president and chief operating officer, Robert Lewis, chief financial officer and Jeff Korn, general counsel, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.

The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.imergentinc.com.
