Chemtura Increases Prices on TBBA

www.Chemtura.com - In response to significant raw material and freight cost inflation, Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) will increase the price on Tetrabromobisphenol A. Effective for shipments on or after August 15, 2008, or where contracts allow, the new minimum price for BA-59P will be $2.95/kg.

Chemtura is also announcing the removal of any extended price protection.
