- On Wednesday, July 30, 2008, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0385 per share of common stock, payable on August 29, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2008.
