- On Wednesday, July 30, 2008, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Municipal Income, Inc. (AMEX: DMF) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.041 per share of common stock, payable on August 29, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2008. The ex-dividend date is August 11, 2008. The previous

dividend declared in June was $0.041 per share of common stock.
