TV Guide Network Teams Up With NBC Universal to Promote NBC's Coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics with a Winning Line-Up of Special Programming and Extensive TV Listings

- TV Guide Network, a premier entertainment network available in more than 83 million homes nationwide, today announced an agreement with NBC Universal to promote NBC's coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics with a line-up of programming and extensive on-screen television listings. TV Guide Network's programming will include a one-hour television special SUMMER GAMES SUPERSTARS previewing the Beijing Olympic Games as well as NBC's coverage of the Games, as well as daily update segments in TV Guide Network's HOLLYWOOD 411 throughout the duration of the 2008 Olympic Games. In addition, TV Guide Network will air a dedicated TV listings scroll featuring all of NBC Universal's Beijing Olympic telecasts across each of NBC's seven television channels - NBC, USA, MSNBC, CNBC, Oxygen, Telemundo, and UniversalHD. The Beijing Olympics marks the third Olympic Games promotional partnership between TV Guide Network and NBC.

Note: Dating back nearly 50 years to CBS in Rome in 1960 (20 total hours) through NBCU in Athens in 2004 (1,210 total hours), the 12 Summer Olympics broadcasts have totaled 2,562 hours. Even the nearly 2,900 live hours of Beijing coverage surpass the total from those 12 Summer Games (Nearly 2,900 to 2,562).

-- SUMMER GAMES SUPERSTARS: TV Guide Network will air a one-hour television special SUMMER GAMES SUPERSTARS featuring a preview of the 2008 Olympic Games and NBC's coverage of the Games. The special will premiere on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 8:00 p.m./7:00 p.m. Central.
-- HOLLYWOOD 411: TV Guide Network will feature a daily segment dedicated to the 2008 Olympic Games in every episode of HOLLYWOOD 411, the network's daily entertainment news show. HOLLYWOOD 411 daily updates featuring the Beijing Olympics will air Monday through Friday at 7:00 p.m./6:00 p.m. Central from Friday, August 8, 2008 through Sunday August 24, 2008.
-- Televised Listings and Support: TV Guide Network will air a dedicated TV listings scroll providing Beijing Olympics information across all NBC Universal coverage channels, including NBC, USA, MSNBC, CNBC, Oxygen, Telemundo and UniversalHD. In addition, TV Guide Network will feature an on-screen grid banner highlighting a 'must-see' event to watch and/or a medal count update throughout the duration of the Beijing Olympics.
