As a result, Bernick and Lifson, P.A. has officially changed its name to Bernick, Lifson, Greenstein, Greene & Liszt, P.A. In concert with the change, the firm has launched a new Web site at www.bernicklifson.com.

Mark Greene

Mr. Greene has over 29 years experience in real estate law, practicing both in the transactional and litigation arena. His efforts have resulted in a strong and loyal client base and his dedication and advocacy have earned him the respect of both his clients and colleagues alike. Mr. Greene has received prestigious honors such as Minnesota Super Lawyer and is AV Peer Review Rated for the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Greene serves as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law where he teaches an advocacy/trial skills course. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies Department at Hamline University where he taught a construction law course. Previously, Mr. Greene has acted as an Arbitrator/Mediator for the Hennepin County District Courts. He is a member of The Richard T. Oakes American Inn of Court, a part of the American Inns of Court Foundation.

Daniel Greenstein

Mr. Greenstein has over 25 years experience in real estate law, banking, defective construction claims and common interest community law (condominiums, townhomes and co-ops). Prior to the merger, he was the managing partner at Standke, Greene & Greenstein, Ltd., in Minnetonka. Having represented over 300 condominium and townhouse boards of directors, Mr. Greenstein is a frequent speaker on common interest community issues and often teaches classes at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, where he is a member. Mr. Greenstein is also an active member with the Hennepin County State Bar Association and is admitted to the State of Minnesota and the U.S. District Court of Minnesota.
