LOS ANGELES (July 17, 2008) - Selena Gomez talked to Young Hollywood at the Todd Goldman Art Gallery opening in Los Angeles alongside stars like Paris and Nicky Hilton. The starlet talked about life as a Disney star and what a typical day in her busy schedule entails. 'It's really an honor, they really know how to take care of their kids,' Gomez told Young Hollywood correspondent Jill Wilderman about working for Disney.

Gomez also spoke about her close bond with fellow Disney star Demi Lovato. Despite busy schedules, they keep in touch through every possible way, according to Gomez. 'BBM, (blackberry messenger), text, phone calls, iChat, AIM, email-everything.' This Disney duo have been best friends since Gomez was seven and she feels blessed to be able to share in the Disney fun with Lovato. As far as what she does when she's not entertaining the masses, 'I just like to stay home and watch old scary movies, and I like to go to the beach.'
