Rapid Elearning can be a misleading concept. Rapid elearning is a rapid way to create elearning not a rapid way to learn. It is safe to say that you're not a rapid shopper because you use the internet to identify potential purchases, however you are a person who uses technology to make purchasing easier. This should be taken into account by corporations who are choosing to invest in e-learning as a form of training and development. Rapid e-learning is less about being rapid, and more about being smart.
