Tred Displays Partners with SemaSys to Jointly Launch Green-Tech Digital Display Products

www.treddisplays.com - Tred Displays Corporation (www.treddisplays.com) today announced it has entered into an agreement with SemaSys Corporation (www.semasys.com) to jointly launch the world's first HybridSign(TM) products, expected to ship in 3Q08.

Tred Displays is the developer of a new large-format display technology. Tred's technology enables HybridSigns(TM) and is unique in that it is a reflective, ultra-low-power green-tech display designed

for use in the signage industry. SemaSys is a leading supplier of retail signage to the US market. The two companies will work together to develop and market HybridSign(TM) products for indoor retail signage applications.

HybridSigns(TM) integrate reflective digital content with traditional printed graphics. They can be produced using existing sign making workflow and require very little power compared to alternative LED products, thus allowing for battery operation. HybridSigns(TM) offer wireless communication and are slim and lightweight, making installation fast and inexpensive.
