ipConfigure was selected as the video management software (VMS) platforme of choice to manage and record Axis IP cameras for the city of South Tucson, AZ to protect both city assets and people. Because ipConfigure supports a scalable architecture and leverages an HTML based client interface the system provides a highly reliable and accessible surveillance system. Through an open database architecture ipConfigure is capable of supporting unlimited cameras, buildings, and users while leveraging standard IT rules and protocols. Some of the key benefits of ipConfigure ESM includes simple software license management that is based on the number of cameras authorized in the database and does not require special DLK licenses or MAC address information to re-registrater when replacing or moving IP cameras.

About ipConfigure:

ipConfigure is a developer of IP video management software with a focus in video surveillance solutions. ipConfigure is privately owned and was founded in 2003 after completing an enterprise IP video surveillance deployment for Atlanta Public Schools. This project was the first large-scale IP video surveillance deployment based on open architecture. The founders recognized that it was a nascent market with limited software offerings.
