Fitch Downgrades Chilquinta Finance MBIA-Insured Securities to 'BBB-'

- Fitch has today downgraded the ratings of Chilquinta's Energia Finance CO. LLC's US$200 million due 2011 wrapped by MBIA to their underlying ratings ('BBB-') following Fitch's withdrawal of MBIA's 'AA' Insurer Financial Strength ratings and its other related entities. The Outlook for Chilquinta's ratings is Stable.
