The move comes after the agency's successful repositioning to encompass all facets of marketing communications in consumer wellness, with six out of nine competitive pitches awarded to the agency in just nine months.

Ms. Skilling, as the new Director of Strategic Planning, is an experienced leader, teacher and published author with over twenty years experience in strategic planning and integrated marketing. Most recently SVP, Strategic Practice Leader at Unit 7, she brings a wealth of consumer product experiences in health and wellness to her new role.
Ms. Spencer, as the new Group Account Director, transferred from within the Publicis network where she was most recently President/COO of Arista Marketing Services, which offers peer-to-peer and telesales services. Her background includes both consumer and professional brand management positions at Fortune 100 companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb where she was VP, Global Marketing, Metabolics and Cardiovascular after a successful run managing the Clairol haircare line.
