Emvelco Announces That Public Discussion Will Commence on Samobor Project in Croatia

- Emvelco Corp. (NASDAQ:EMVL), the majority shareholder of the Atia Group Ltd., announces that the City of Samobor officially posted its decision that the making of an Urbanistic Plan of Organization shall be ascertained with respect to the development known as the "Samobor Garden." The public discussion for the City's approval of the Plan shall commence June 30th, 2008 and

be open for a period of thirty days until July 30, 2008. At the end of the Public Discussion period, the Conclusion will be published in the Official News of the City of Samobor.

The Mayor of the City of Samobor, Antun Dubravko Filipec, executed the Administrative Notice.

The Samobor Garden entails the development of residential condominium units.
