Major Florida Generator Vendor Orders 500 HydraStax(R) 5000 Fuel Cells - Personalized Power Systems to Become Master Dealer/Installer in South Florida

- Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation (www.hydrafuelcell.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC), announced today that it has received a purchase order for 500 HydraStax(R) fuel cells from Boca Raton-based, Personalized Power Systems (www.generatortogo.com).

Jim Twedt, President and CEO of Hydra, said, "This purchase gives us an order backlog of over $11,000,000, and, I believe it is further evidence of the significance fuel cells will have in freeing America from hydrocarbon dependence in electric generation. Personalized has sold and installed over 2,000 power systems since 1998, with the majority of their sales coming after June 2004."

Twedt continued, "This order was generated by our distributor, Ken Detko of Conexa Products, who has been working with Personalized Power Systems since the Florida beta installation. Conexa will enter into an agreement for Personalized to be the Master Dealer/Installer for Conexa's other dealers that have been appointed in Florida."
