He will be responsible for the management and execution of Auxis' financial business transformation services which includes cost and profit improvement strategy services.

Mr. Poulsen's addition to the Management Consulting team demonstrates its commitment to creating financial value for its customers. Paul will lead the Finance Operations Group which focuses on transforming an organization from performing low-value repetitive transactional activities, to establishing high-value business analysis and decision support processes facilitating cost control and competitive advantage.

Paul's span of experience includes strategy and deployment of Financial Shared Services and Outsourcing, Project Management, ERP Implementation and Corporate Compliance. "Paul has a reputation for successfully directing high performance teams in technically complex financial projects, and brings innovative business solutions to his customers," said Raul Vega, Chief Operating Officer of Auxis.

Prior to joining Auxis, Paul was a Director of Finance Transformation for the Hackett Group, where he was responsible for managing multiple engagements in the design and implementation of financial strategies to improve profitability, reduce G&A and increase working capital. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the Financial and Shared Service industries. Paul was a former Principal with IBM and Senior Manager with KPMG.
