During the meeting, stockholders reelected Norman Farra and Phillip Fricke to the Board of Directors of the company for a three-year term expiring in 2011. Local.com stockholders also approved the company's 2008 Equity Incentive Plan and ratified the appointment of Haskell & White LLP to serve as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008.
