Those are the two words that a select group of six aspiring residential real estate professionals hope to hear on Monday, June 9, 2008 when the second "Top Agent" competition - kicked off last week - comes to a dramatic close.

"The inaugural Top Agent program exceeded our expectations by presenting us with an amazing group of real estate talents and our first Top Agent, Paul Benec," said John McMonigle. "We are eager to discover the next 'top agent' through our Top Agent 2 program."

The Top Agent program is the brainchild of John McMonigle, founder of the world's top-selling residential real estate team, the Newport Beach-based McMonigle Group (www.mcmoniglegroup.com). Working with the Newport Center office of Coldwell Banker Previews International, McMonigle and a team of real estate gurus will take the group of real estate agent candidates through a rigorous month-long intensive training program and competition to determine which agent has what it takes to become a "top agent" and join the McMonigle Group.

The Top Agent 2 program brings together the six agent candidates with premier real estate, sales, financial markets/mortgage, public speaking, marketing, advertising and Internet experts. Led by esteemed real estate sales trainer and mentor Bob Braun, the Top Agent program will provide the most advanced and thorough training in the industry.

"Any agent who makes it through the course of the program will undoubtedly find success in real estate," says Braun.

Top Agent candidates will be asked to face-off in various competitions including generating sales leads, holding open houses, conducting listing presentations and more. At the end of the competition, only one candidate will be awarded the coveted position of agent within the McMonigle Group, while other talented trainees may be asked to join the ranks of Coldwell Banker Previews International.
