ProSchools offer Online Exam Prep for Washington Mortgage Originators

2008-05-15 09:55:37 - Effective January 1, 2008, loan originators must be licensed and pass a state exam in order to conduct business in Washington.

Effective January 1, 2008, Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) requires all loan originators have a valid loan originator license in order to conduct business in Washington. Submitting an application no longer permits someone to conduct business. A person must be issued a valid loan originator license and pass the Promissor exam.
