(NYSE: HHS) today reported that the company's stockholders have elected Dean Blythe, Houston Harte and Judy Odom to its board of directors to serve until the company's 2011 annual meeting, and have also approved the company's proposal to ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2008.
