- The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) at a meeting held May 9, 2008, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of thirty-one cents ($.31) per share to be paid June 15, 2008 to all common shareholders of record as of May 30, 2008.
