CHESTER, UK MAY 8th (2008)

FAST growing US life science automation company, HighRes Biosolutions, is expanding into Europe and is opening an office in the UK. HighRes, which was only formed a few years ago, is already the leading automation integrator for the pharmaceutical sector in the US and is busy developing a
large suite of laboratory instruments.

Lou Guarracina, CEO of HighRes, explained: 'This is the logical next step for us. Our UK office will provide dedicated support for all our systems and
stand-alone products. It boasts a complete suite of all our products to enable us to train our customers before their systems are installed. There
is also an impressive testing and validation facility and the office will hold spares for our customers, as well as sell consumables.'

The new European HQ is situated on the prestigious Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire, not far from Manchester airport. James Craven is the recently
appointed European sales and marketing manager who will be based at the office. He commented: 'This should prove to be just the beginning.
HighRes already has a core team in place and is currently recruiting so the UK office can provide all the necessary technical and sales support'.
