Windstream Declares Quarterly Dividends of 25 Cents Per Share

- Windstream Corporation's (NYSE: WIN) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company's common stock.

The 25-cent dividend is payable July 15, 2008, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2008.
