DaVita has established a hotline to help kidney patients find open clinics and schedule treatments. Patients requiring dialysis treatment are encouraged to call (800) 400-8331 if they have not already been contacted directly by DaVita representatives.

Kidney failure patients - who require dialysis treatments three times per week - are at high risk during emergencies. These patients depend on these life-sustaining treatments.
