The singer and Grammy winner turned herself in after a bizarre head butting incident earlier in the week.

Police wouldn't confirm Winehouse was in the big house, but a different source leaked that she was. She may have charges pressed against her for assault and battery! What do you know - her and hubby Blake Civil Fielder can rot the rest of their lives away. How romantic!

Amy is still also in trouble for reportedly being caught on camera doing more drugs. When her record company got wind of that, they were P-I-S-S-E-D. She is supposed to have another CD coming out at the end of the year, but she can't clean up her act enough to get to the recording studio. AMY - wake up!
