'We decided to provide this service because some of our customers outside the U.S. had problems receiving faxes,' said Mike Klusowski, Project Manager. 'Generally, this is because of unreliable local phone service. With this new service, faxes are securely and automatically delivered to an email inbox.

'Users can set up either a local or toll-free U.S.-based fax number. ISPhone can provide numbers almost anywhere in the U.S.,' continued Klusowski. 'Other services have a much smaller footprint.'

The service is also ideal for remote workers and people who travel because they can receive faxes anywhere they are able to access email.

Fax-to-email service cuts costs as well. There is no need to invest in a fax machine to receive faxes. Printing only the documents needed saves on paper and toner. Electronic archiving makes it easy to retrieve them when needed.
