Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE:ETH) (the"Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The regular quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share will be payable to shareholders of record as of July 10, 2008 and will be paid on July 25, 2008.

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. is a leading manufacturer and retailer of quality home furnishings. The Company sells a full range of furniture products and decorative accessories through an exclusive network of 291 design centers located in the United States and abroad, of which 153 are Company-owned. Ethan Allen has nine manufacturing facilities in the United States and one in Mexico.
