World’s most expensive cornflake sold on eBay for $1,350
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (March 24, 2008) - Jon Wolfe with TriviaMania.com, the winning bidder for the Illinois Cornflake, will be collecting his purchase from the seller, Melissa McIntire, at the Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum in Williamsburg on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. All are welcome to join in and there will be no charge to witness this historic exchange. The cornflake will be on display during the event.
While you are there, don’t miss the opportunity to see more of the weird and unusual. The Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum & 4D Theater has 11 galleries and more than 300 exhibits chock full of the strange, the unusual, and the bizarre, including a gorilla made entirely out of nails, an albino lion, and a genuine shrunken head.
