SAN  ANTONIO, February 27, 2013 --  Valero Energy Corporation  (NYSE: VLO) today

announced  that Bill Klesse, Chairman and CEO of Valero Energy Corporation, will

present  at the Bank  of America Merrill  Lynch Refining Conference on Thursday,

March 7 at 7:55 a.m. Eastern Time.
