We are also very happy to welcome back Nicole Vazquez of Worthwhile Training, who will cover one of the subjects requested by many delegates who have attended last year’s event. All delegates were given a feedback form, and many asked to see someone speaking about how to create a good and efficient lone worker policy. Nicole will answer this in great depth.
“We are currently in communication with a number of additional speakers, but we really want to make sure we create once again a great, passionate, lively and informative event, hence we are thorough, and this takes a little bit of time”, says Robert Kaiser, CEO of PPSS Group and organiser of this event.
“Facilities management professionals, public sector workers, social and health care professionals, utility field representatives, security and public transport professionals have attended the 2012 event, and the feedback has just been fantastic, but be assured our 2013 event will be even better”.
LONE WORKER SAFETY 2013 is an annual event, which will help everyone to learn how to balance meeting the duty of care with providing an effective service to the public, and gain a better knowledge of nature, causes and good responses to aggressive behaviour or conflict.
